Bankbonuses: an unfinished business

As long as structural measures to end the “too big to fail problem” of banks is not completed, we have to consider the potential negative effects of bonuses and exit payments.

The rewards, in particular the bonus, must be controlled in such way that the large bankers are as responsible as possible to effectively use the money of the others and to be careful by taking  not many risks. Are the right stimulus being correctly transferred or not?  Finally, it depends on approaching as close as possible the natural position of the entrepreneur. This doesn’t pursue mindless short-term profit because he receives the punches when it fails.
