Reform political nominations

There are no ready-made solutions for policy reform of political appointments. On the other hand, many other countries use a system of hearings. In those countries, top nominations must go through a parliamentary committee  where candidates have to explain their vision. In the United States this often leads to the rejection of a candidate of the government.

Political appointments are defended by stating that it is important that people on top positions  share the same vision as the minister. In that case it is proved that they are not competent  managers. If this were not the case, there is no argument for not selecting Selor. So be  consistent and let them take responsibility before the parliament .
