The two formes of Di Rupo I

Now the government Di Rupo I enters its final months, Marc De Vos looks back on the current period of office. According to him, there are two images of Di Rupo I today: a very positive and rosy version of the facts and a dark and critical view. The truth however, lies in the middle: since long, there was governance, but no necessary structural reforms followed. Enough work for the next government that has to deal with the choice: solid reform or management of decay.
