Technology, or yet philosophy, literature and history?

Technology and practical skills are central in current education debates. We have to innovate to grow and in many countries, companies and policymakers plead for more technically educated personnel. Technology and subjects with a direct “market value” threaten to push off cultural courses and disciplines in education. This evolution can harm our economy. A strong cultural education or liberal arts is indeed very conducive for innovation potential. Itinera proposes to give prominence to culture in educational debates and to let young people benefit from a strong cultural education.
