Itinera advocates for an elderly policy that is committed to increase empowerment of the elderly. The government should go for a personalized budget, depending on the elderly care needs, attracting and retaining health personnel and the implementation of a transparent, open and honest environment for all care providers. In terms of financing Itinera chooses for a smarter system of solidarity in which policy does not have to do more for everyone, but that allows everyone to do more for themselves.
