Mapping out the personnel issue in elder care

HRM-policy in the elder care sector is facing huge challenges. Will we have enough care providers to meet the care needs of our elderly in the future? Which bottlenecks do care institutions experience to pursue an adequate personnel policy? What are possible solutions for the personnel question in elder care? To obtain a clear image of the real needs and bottlenecks in HRM-policy, Itinera has launched a survey to all Belgian players in elder care.
